Phase A
We begin the refurbishing process by carefully sourcing used devices from trusted sources, including businesses, retailers and individuals. Before the product moves on to the next stage, we conduct an initial assessment of the device’s condition to ensure it meets our basic requirements for quality and functionality. It is crucial that the products we select have the potential to be restored to a high and our strict premium standard.
Phase B
Once purchased, the product undergoes a thorough technical & cosmetical review. This includes testing all essential features – screen, battery, camera, buttons, connections and more. We identify any issues and document the results to determine what repairs or replacements are required. This step is crucial to ensuring that the product is in good enough condition for reconditioning and that any defects are addressed before moving forward. We also Grade from A to C in this process
Phase C
During reconditioning, defective or worn parts are replaced, such as the screen, battery or buttons. The device is cleaned both inside and out to restore both functionality and appearance. We only use high-quality parts that correspond to the original components. After the repairs are completed, the product undergoes additional testing to ensure that all functions are fully operational before it is sent for sale.
